Central Georgia K-9 Search and Rescue

A Non-Profit Group of Handlers and their devoted Canines.

Carl Brorup and K-9 Cougar Certify

Carl Brorup and K-9 Cougar had a very successful month. We are pleased to advise that on Oct. 2nd the team passed their wilderness trailing certification with Central Georgia K-9 Search and Rescue. Earlier that month Carl and Cougar also certified with an independent evaluator in NIMS Type I Wilderness Trailing.

Dee Park and K-9 Max Certify

Dee Park and K-9 Max also certified with National Narcotic Detector Dog Association in HRD Land and Water. Although it is unusual for a dog to work for two handlers, Max worked very well with both handlers and had no problem with the certification.

Jim Park and K-9 Max Re-Certify

On Oct. 3-5 2008 Jim Park and K-9 Max recertified for the fourth time in HRD Land and Water. The test was held in Cartersville, Ga. with National Narcotic Detector Dog Association.
