In loving memory, Rennie (2007 - 2009)
Dennis Russell lost his K9 partner “Rennie”, a two year old German Shepherd that was his partner for 2 years. Rennie was killed by a passing automobile.
Dennis had worked very hard with this wonderful German Shepherd and had recently certified for trailing callouts.
Rennie will be missed by the entire Central Georgia K9 SAR team.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to Dennis and Debra.

After completing that assignment, her team was transferred to Beaumont Texas to assist one of their animal shelters. Upon arriving, they found the shelter deserted of workers and found two hundred abandoned animals in the facilities. They have now made arrangements to bring some of these animals back to Atlanta Georgia to find homes and be taken care of.
